Where: Costa Blanca, Spain
The whole area of the Costa Blanca is the most developed climbing location in Spain and offers a wealth of climbing for all grades and styles: sea cliffs, mountain ridges, sunny crags and canyon walks. Perfectly bolted crags and an excellent climate throughout the year make climbing in Costa Blanca really exciting. The crags range from a single pitch, generously bolted, sport routes to almost alpine sized mountain routes.
The most popular this area, where there are lots of good sport multi-pitch routes are cliffs of Mascarat and Toix. Most of them are easily accessible – many of them are roadside crags and require less than 20 minutes approach. You will experience quality limestone climbing, where the rocks encourage you to flow through your climbs.
